One of ZFA’s most significant and widely recognized Orphan Support Project is seeking qoutations from vendors for the school supplies.

Terms & Conditions

1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
2. Incomplete and conditional quotation will be rejected.
3. Form should be filled in ink. Use of lead pencil is not allowed.  
4. Payment shall be made through online bank transfer only.

Quotation Guidelines:

Interested suppliers are requested to provide a detailed quotation, including:

- Company name and contact information
- Itemized list of the requested items with corresponding prices
- Total cost for the supplied items.
